Well, i have a lot to say but quite little time. so i shall talk about my mrt experience within these few days.

On monday i saw an at-least 60 years old granny in a white tank top. a WHITE TANK TOP, mind you. Honestly.

Today after I changed train at Raffles Place after third lang i walked onto the train and unfortunately had the misfortune to stand next to a couple. and even more unfortunately the train was rather squeezed so i could not move away. although they werent french kissing or anything, their behaviour is utterly unacceptable in this society. i'll tell you what they did.

You know the two panels of glass next to doors on mrts? yeah, they two were standing against one of it and i was leaning against the other. First of all, i must say that the boyfriend was tall and thin and looked like a monkey with spectacles who was all skins and bones. and the girl was short and fat and one could not even see that she had a neck. Hence i concluded that aside from sexual affection they felt for each other there was absolutedly nothing else to this relationship.

SO, the boyfriend was wearing jeans right, so he was standing against the the girlfriend and the girlfriend stuck her hand into the back pocket of his jeans and you know what she did? she pinched his cheeks. mind you its BUTT cheeks. VERY OBVIOUSLY somemore. In front of more than 10 staring pairs of eyes. hello, obviously they had not any sense of shame. and she did it not once, but FIVE times. they totally think they are the only ones in that fully crowded mrt is it? COME BACK TO EARTH, PLEASE. anyone with half a brain would know that mrt stands for MASS rapid transit. MASS, ok. not COUPLES rapid transit. and i had to, HAD TO, stand opposite them i must convince myself that the boyfriend was indeed suffering from 'trouble with his bowel movement' and the girlfriend was helping him relieve the stress.

They so could not keep their hands off each other. When the train pulled into Outram park they had switched places, with the girl standing outside. Then obviously the boyfriend for no obvious reason or whatsoever started patting the girlfriend's butt. I MEAN, HELLO?! not that i have anything against the display of public affection, but this kind of cheek-pinching, cant you guys do it at home behind closed doors, and not in front of the MASS in the mrt, ok?!

UGH. so when it finally announced "Tiong Bahru", I was so grateful that i do not have to watch any more of that disgusting and revolting behavious i practically dashed off the train.
